By accessing or using the GIJ Lab platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Professional Responsibility

The GIJ Lab platform provides software tools to assist in formula calculation, order management, and workflow routing. GIJ Lab does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Licensed pharmacists are solely responsible for the clinical accuracy, safety, and validity of the prescriptions and Master Formulation Records (MFR) generated and compounded using this platform.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. Due to the sensitive nature of PHI handled within the platform, account sharing is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, calculating algorithms, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GIJ Technologies Inc. and its licensors.
