• Protected Health Information (PHI): Pharmacist Names, dates of birth, prescription records, and specific compounding requirements submitted through our secure portal.
• Usage Data: Server logs, strictly essential cookies, and workflow metrics to improve the quality of our service.

3. Use of Your Information

We use the information collected primarily to facilitate the preparation, quality assurance, and delivery of compounded medications. Operational data is utilized to provide analytics to lab managers regarding turnaround times and batch processing efficiency. PHI is strictly restricted to authorized lab personnel directly involved in compounding and dispatch.

4. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information and PHI. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
